Whether it's the original Smart Fortwo (450) or the go-kart-inspired Roadster (452), these vehicles aren't just cars—they are engineering marvels that require a specialized touch.

Too many owners were being quoted thousands by dealerships for "faults" that were actually simple fixes. I started this platform to bridge that gap, providing high-precision DIY guides, workshop-tested parts, and now, a custom-trained AI Specialist to give you instant answers when your engine light comes on.

You are performing repairs at your own risk.
The Smart Racer is not a certified repair facility.
Always consult a professional mechanic for safety-critical systems, including brakes, steering, fuel systems, and high-voltage components.

2. AI Assistant Accuracy

Our AI Assistant is trained on specialized Smart 450 and 452 technical data. However, AI can "hallucinate" or provide outdated information.

Verification Required: Never rely solely on an AI response for torque settings, wiring diagrams, or fluid capacities. Cross-reference all AI advice with official workshop manuals or our verified "Pro Guides."
Limited Liability: The Smart Racer is not responsible for mechanical failure, electrical damage, or personal injury resulting from information provided by the AI Assistant.

3. Usage Limits & "Free" Access

To ensure the sustainability of our technical resources, we implement a 2-message limit for anonymous users.

Attempts to bypass these limits (via VPN, script, or multiple accounts) may result in a permanent IP block.
Paid "Pro" access is for individual use only. Account sharing or "scraping" our technical database is strictly prohibited.

4. No Warranty on Results

While we strive for 100% accuracy, we do not guarantee that our guides will solve your specific vehicle's issues. Smart cars are complex; a "3-bar" error could be a simple wiring chafe or a complete clutch failure. We provide the map, but you are the navigator.
